2017/2018 Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Support Grant now available

2017/2018 Community Support Grant applications are available starting January 3rd through February 14th and can be picked up from the Community Services Division located at City Hall or found online at www.swiftcurrent.ca/grants. The application deadline for the Community Support Grant is February 14th at 4:30 PM.

Any local, non-profit and volunteer-based organization whose sole purpose is to provide sport, culture or recreational programs may be eligible for funding through this grant. If your community group administers a program between April 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018, you could benefit from the Community Support Grant.

Close to seventy Swift Current community groups benefit each year from the Community Support Grant. The Saskatchewan Lotteries funding allows these sport, culture and recreational groups to offer the residents of Swift Current affordable rates for a wide variety of activities. 

Applications are now available and must be submitted by February 14th to be considered for this year’s funding.
