Street and Facility Naming

The Street and Facility Naming Policy was developed to establish standards for naming roadways and to establish guidelines for naming development areas, parks and public facilities within the City of Swift Current.  The purpose of the policy is to ensure that street and facilities name approvals are consistent, comprehensive, effective and efficient, and thereby result in the approval of high quality names that reflect a positive image for the City of Swift Current.
