Mount Pleasant Burial Park Columbarium Information

The City of Swift Current initiated and developed a Columbaria Garden in the summer of 2004 located at Mount Pleasant Burial Park.

The first phase of construction saw the installation of one of many Columbaria units for the purpose of the above ground inurnment of cremated remains.

The uniquely designed triangular shape features three separate side panels for single niches, which houses 72 niches measuring 12” wide x 12” high and 12” deep to accommodate a single urn of cremated remains and three single end rows of companion niches, which houses 18 niches measuring 12” wide x 12” high and 18” deep to accommodate two urns for cremated remains.

Each niche comes with a 12” X12” black granite door which is included with the purchase of a niche, on which, you can memorialize the deceased. (Please turn over for inscription specifications).

All niches are double sealed and bolted with tamper proof hardware assuring the utmost in security.

This interment garden will become a show piece over time as more columbaria are installed and landscaping is completed. These niches are available at the time of need as well as pre-sold for future planning and
are non transferable.
