SwiftConnect: FAQs
- First, visit www.swiftconnect.live in your web browser.
- In the middle of the page, on the right hand side, click the blue CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.
- This will open a new tab or screen.
- In this new tab, fill in your email address.
- Make sure to have your email account open... you’ll need it shortly.
- Next, create a password. Be sure to use at least one UPPERCASE letter, one lowercase letter, one number and a minimum of eight characters.
- Next, confirm your password by re-typing it.
- You can click on the icon at the right of the password boxes to see what you’ve typed and confirm they match.
- Click on the words Terms and Conditions to open a dialogue box and read them.
- If satisfied, check the box indicating you agree with our terms and conditions.
- Now, click the blue Sign Up button.
- At this point, you’ll need to visit the email account you are using to collect the verification code required for this step.
- Open the email you received from sender “no-reply@my.swiftcurrent.ca”.
- If the email doesn't show up in your inbox, please check you spam folder.
- Copy the verification code at the top of this email.
- Next, return to the SwiftConnect portal tab and paste the verification code into the Verification Code box.
- Click Submit.
- Now you’re ready to add some brief personal information that will personalize your account.
- Fill in:
- Your First Name.
- Your Last Name.
- Your Phone Number.
- Your Birthdate.
- Your Gender.
- Your Country.
- Your Street Address.
- Your City.
- Your Province.
- And your Postal Code.
- Now, click the blue Sign Up button.
- You’ll be directed to Log In with the Email and Password you used at set up.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Enter your Password.
- Click the blue Log In button.
- Voila! You’re officially signed up!
- First, www.swiftconnect.live in your web browser.

- Be sure to use the email address that is associated with your Community Services Online Portal account. This will simplify the Sign-Up process for you.
- Make sure to have your email account open…you’ll need it shortly.
- Next, create a password. Be sure to use at least one UPPERCASE letter, one lowercase letter, one number and a minimum of eight characters.
- Next, confirm your password by re-typing it.
- You can click on the icon at the right of the password boxes to see what you’ve typed and confirm they match.
- Click on the words Terms and Conditions to open a dialogue box and read them.
- If satisfied, check the box indicating you agree with our terms and conditions.
- Now, click the blue Sign Up button.
- This will open a new screen that indicates your account needs to be verified.
- At this point, you’ll need to visit your email account to collect the verification code required for this step.
- Open the email you received from sender “no-reply@my.swiftcurrent.ca”.
- If the email doesn't show up in your inbox, please check you spam folder.
- Copy the verification code at the top of this email.
- Next, return to the SwiftConnect portal and paste the verification code into the Verification Code box.
- Click Submit.
- Now, a new screen will open that contains some personal information about you that was captured when you signed up for the Community Services Online Portal.
- Click the blue Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen.
- You’ll be directed to Log In with the Email and Password you used at set up.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Enter your Password.
- Click the blue Log In button.
- Congratulations! You’re officially signed up!
Please keep in mind:
- If you choose to link these accounts and sign up for paperless billing, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill in the mail.
- Instead, you will receive an email when your bills are ready for viewing.
- In addition, to link your accounts for the first time, you’ll require the Secret PIN and Account ID that you received from us in the mail recently to ensure your accounts are secure.
- When logged into the SwiftConnect portal, on the right hand side under Utilities & Property Tax, click the blue Link My Account button.
- Your Secret PIN and Account ID letter will be required for the next step.
- In the box that says “Your Account Number”, fill in the Account ID from your letter.
- In the box that says “Your Secret Pin”, fill in the Secret PIN from your letter.
- Click the blue Confirm button.
- This will open a new tab or screen that tells you your account has been linked successfully.
- Click the blue Go to portal page button.
- This will take you back to the SwiftConnect portal, but now, where it used to say “link my account” in the blue button below Utilities & Property Tax, the button will say “visit my account”.
- Now you’re signed up for paperless billing and you’re ready to access your personal Utilities & Property Tax portal!
Please keep in mind:
- You have to link your account before you can access your personal Utility & Property Tax portal.
- From the swiftconnect.live portal, click the blue Visit My Account button below Utilities & Property Tax.
- This will open your personal portal up in a new tab or screen.
- At the top left of this tab, under Accounts, there is a drop-down menu that shows all of your accounts that are linked.
- From this drop-down menu, select the account that you wish to view.
- To the right, click the green Pay Now button.
- This will open a new, secure tab or screen that will ask you to fill in your credit card information and the amount you wish to pay.
- Fill in the amount you’d like to pay.
- Fill in the name as it appears on your card.
- Fill in your card number.
- Use the drop down menus to fill in your card’s expiry date.
- Fill in the CVC that appears on the back of your card.
- Click the Submit Payment button.
- A new tab or screen will open that confirms your payment, and the payment will be immediately applied to your account.
- You’re done!
- From the swiftconnect.live portal, click the blue Visit My Account button below Utilities & Property Tax.
- This will open your personal portal up in a new tab or screen.
- Along the top of this new tab, in the black menu bar, select My Bills.
- Next to Account Number, choose the account you wish to view from the drop-down menu.
- This will populate the screen with the last 18 months of bills for that account.
- To the right of each bill, under View Bill, there is a blue icon.
- Click the icon to the right of the bill you’d like to view.
- This will download the bill for you.
- From here, you can open your bill, view it and print it for your records if you choose.
- That’s it! You can do this for any bill that was generated within the last 18 months for any of your accounts that are linked to your portal.
- In the swiftconnect.live portal, click on the blue to the right of the Property Tax & Utilities icon.
- Click Discontinue Paperless Billing.
- This will open a dialogue box that asks you to confirm you understand that you will no longer have access to your online account and that you’ll return to receiving a paper bill in the mail.
- Click the blue I Understand button.
- This will take you back to the swiftconnect.live portal, where you’ll notice that the Visit My Account blue button below Utilities & Property Tax has been replaced with a Link My Account button.
- Please note that you can re-link your account at any time, going back to paperless billing.
- To do so, you’ll need to have the Secret PIN and Account ID that you used to link your account initially.
- You’re done!
- Before you begin, make sure you have your email account open in another tab.
- Click on Forgot Password just above the blue Login button.
- This will open a new tab or screen.
- Enter your email address that is associated with your SwiftConnect account.
- Click the blue Forgot Password button.
- This will open a new tab or screen with your email address already displayed.
- At this point, you’ll need to visit your email account to collect the verification code required for this step.
- Open the email you received from sender “no-reply@my.swiftcurrent.ca”.

- You’ll be directed to Log In with your Email Address and your New Password.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Enter your Password.
- Click the blue Login button.
- You’re done!
- Once you’re logged into swiftconnect.live, click the blue Visit My Account button below Recreation, Parks & Culture.
- This will take you to your Community Services Online Portal account in a new tab or screen.
- It’s just that easy!
- From your Community Services Online Account home page, select one of your family members from the list.
- If you’re the only user associated with this account, you can skip this step.
- You’re now in the Family Member Detail page for yourself or a family member.
- First, let’s take a look at the options under the Aquatic Information drop down menu at the top by clicking Aquatic Information.
- From here, you can choose options such as Aquatic Lesson Information, where you can register and pay for swimming lessons; Aquatic Centre Swim Passes, where you can purchase swim passes; and Aquatic Program Schedule, where you can view the various Aquatics Programs we have available.
- Next, let’s take a look at the options under the Culture Information drop down menu by clicking on it.
- From here, you can select Art Gallery Class Information; Art Gallery Exhibition Information; and Museum Information.
- The next tab is recreational Programming, and by clicking this tab, you can view and register for various recreational programs.
- Now, we’ll take a look at the Facility Booking drop down menu by clicking on it.
- From here, you can choose to book and pay for City Campgrounds or view information on a number of City facilities.
- Under the More tab, you can visit the City of Swift Current’s Community Services main web page.
- Now, let’s scroll down and click on Schedules.
- This will open up a calendar that will display all of the activities that you and your family members are registered for.
- By selecting and de-selecting family members listed at the top of the calendar, you can add or remove family members to customize your schedule as you see fit.
- By clicking the Export to PDF button and selecting the range of dates you want, you can download a PDF of your schedule to save or print by clicking Export.
- Alternatively, you can select Email to send a copy of your schedule to the email address associated with your account.
- Back on our Family Member Detail page, let’s minimize Schedules by clicking it again.
- Now, we’ll take a look at Attendance History by clicking on it.
- This will show all of the activities you have attended or are scheduled to attend.
- Let’s look under the Documents tab.
- This will show all signed rental contracts and any other documents uploaded to your account.
- Under Transactions, you can view all financial transactions including facility rental payments, registrations, drop in fees, product purchases.
- And last, click on Finance Info to view the credit cards associated with your account.
- Here, you can add credit cards or remove them from your account.
- That’s it! Thanks for taking a quick tour of the Community Services Online Portal!
- From the home page of your Community Services Online Portal, click the green Edit button located below Family Member Detail.
- This will open up a new screen that will display the personal information associated with your account.
- Within this screen, you can edit your personal information, such as your phone number if it has changed.
- Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click the blue Save button at the top of the page.
- This will return you to your home page with the changes updated.
- If you’d like to add a family member or members, you can click the Add Family Member button below Family Member Detail.
- This will open a new dialogue box in which you can fill out the information associated with each family member you’d like to add.
- Many of these fields will be auto-filled based on your personal information.
- Make sure all of these auto-filled fields are correct.
- Ensure you fill in all of the required fields marked with an asterisk.
- Once complete, click the blue Submit button.
- If prompted, click Submit again.
- You’re done and your new family member has been added!
- Complete these steps for as many family members as you’d like to add to your account.
- That’s a wrap! You’re now an expert at editing and adding family members to your account!
- From the home page of your Community Services Online account, select the primary account holder or any family member on the account.
- Above the Family Member Detail, click the Invoices button.
- This will take you to a screen that displays all invoices associated with the person you’ve selected.
- Under Invoice Status to the right of the invoice list, you can select the parameters for displaying invoices, such as Active, Scheduled, Terminated and Completed.
- Choose the invoice you’d like to pay and check the box to the left of the invoice title.
- Click the blue Make Payment button above.
- This will open a secure payment gateway that will allow you to enter the amount you’d like to pay and the information from your payment card.
- Fill out the corresponding information and click the blue Complete button at the bottom of the window.
- Done!
- In this example, we’ll dive into signing up for swimming lessons.
- From the home page of your Community Services Online Account, use the Aquatic Information drop-down menu at the top of your screen.
- Select Aquatic Lesson Information.
- This will open a new screen that displays the various swimming lesson opportunities that are available.
- Under Aquatics – Lessons, select the type of lessons you’d like to view.
- You can choose from Regular Lessons or Advanced Courses.
- Once you’ve made your selection, the page will populate with lessons that match your criteria.
- Please note that you can filter this page further by selecting any of the options that are displayed in the charcoal box on the left of your screen.
- Look through the options to find the lessons that you are looking for.
- Please note that if the lessons are already filled, you will only be permitted to be placed on a waitlist.
- Below the dates listed for each lesson, you can click on the blue arrow to display more information.
- Once you’ve found the lessons you’d like to attend, click the blue register button on the right side of the lesson detail.
- This will open a new screen that will display more information about your lessons of choice.
- At the top of this page on the right, click the blue REGISTER button.
- A new screen will allow you to choose the family members you’d like to book for the lessons.
- Check the box next to the family members who will be attending the lessons.
- Click the blue Next button at the bottom right of your screen.
- This will open a new screen that displays mandatory questions that must be answered by each registrant.
- Complete all fields and click the blue Next button at the bottom right of your screen.
- This will open a secure payment gateway that will allow you to pay for the lessons and reserve your spot.
- Fill in all the fields and click the blue Place My Order button at the bottom of your screen.
- Boom! You’re now registered for swimming lessons!
- From the home page of your Community Services Online Account, click the Facility Booking drop-down menu at the top of your screen.
- From the drop down menu, select Facility Information.
- This will open a new screen.
- Under the Facility Booking Menu, select the option that describes what you are looking for.
- A new screen will display the facilities.
- To the right of the facility you’d like to view, click the blue Choose button.
- In this case, we’ve selected Fairview West Arena, and a new screen opens to display more information.
- Within this page, a weekly calendar displays the dates and times that ice is available.
- Available ice will be displayed with Call to Reserve.
- Once you’ve chosen the ice time you’d like to reserve, you’ll need to contact Community Services at 306.778.2787 to confirm your reservation.
- In this case, we’ll assume we’ve completed that step, and that a rental contract has been emailed to us by a member of our Community Services team.
- Open the email account that is associated with your Community Services Online Account.
- Open the email from Community Services.
- At the bottom of this email, click the blue Review and Sign Document button.
- This will open your contract in a new tab or screen.
- Carefully review all of the details in the contract to ensure they are correct.
- Once satisfied, click the blue Click to Sign box to the right of Client Signature at the bottom of the contract.
- This will open a signature box that you can sign with your mouse.
- When finished, click the blue Done button.
- Now, scroll to the top of the page and click the blue Submit button.
- A new Thank You screen will open indicating you’ve successfully signed and submitted your contract.
- Now, you can return to your Community Services Online Account home page and scroll down to the Documents tab.
- From the Documents drop down menu, select the contract.
- This will now display your signed contract to view.
- You’re done! Enjoy your ice time!
