Tax Certificates

If you purchase a home, the City will inform you of the taxes owing and confirm the amount with your lawyer upon request. For a $25 fee, you may request a tax certificate from the City by contacting the Taxation Office at 306-778-2703.

The tax certificate confirms the property's tax account status.

If you renovate or build a home, you will receive a Supplementary Tax Bill.
