Certificate of Compliance

The Planning and Growth Development Division is responsible for the review and issuing of Certificates of Compliance.  A Compliance Certificate is confirmation from the City that all buildings and structures identified on the property have met the regulations under the City of Swift Current Zoning Bylaw and have the appropriate building permits.  

Certificate of Compliance Application

To apply for a Compliance Certificate you must provide:

• A letter of request identifying what items are to be reviewed;
• A copy of a Saskatchewan Land Surveyor’s Real Property Report (RPR); and
• An application fee of $10.00.
• Submit application, fee and any appropriate supporting materials to Planning and Growth Development, 177 1st Ave NE Swift Current, SK S9H 2B1 or plng@swiftcurrent.ca
