St. Patrick Infill Plan

With the closure of the St. Patrick School, Associated Engineering limited was contracted by the City of Swift Current to prepare a land use concept plan to guide the redevelopment of the St. Patrick School Park. The School site comprises 2.1 hectares including the existing school, parking lots, playground, gazebo, and open space.

The land use concept plan considers the redevelopment of the lands surrounding the existing school for public recreational and a general strategy for the extension and connection of services necessary to support the direction portrayed in the concept plan.

The primary goal of this plan is to prepare a design which positively integrates with neighbouring developments and creates a cohesive and harmonious community. The land use concept plan will also provide the City Council, Administration, and other stakeholders a basis for future decision making.
