Walking for Wellness
Walking is one of the safest, most accessible, and convenient ways to include physical activity into your day. Avoid the cold, wind, and ice, and join us as we walk indoors. Get your heart rate up, talk to new friends, and have fun!
This program runs from October to March at the Stockade, Kinetic Park , Monday- Thursday.

Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30 – 10:00 am and 1:00 – 2:30 pm
Tuesdays 8:30 am – 12:00 and 1:00 – 2:30 pm
Thursdays – 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
We are excited to once again be offering the evening Walking for Wellness program at the Swift Current Comprehensive High School on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. This program is free!
