Concrete Compensation Policy

During a sidewalk replacement program, a property owner can have a driveway crossing installed, at no additional cost, provided that driveway crossing is installed within a year.

If it has not been installed within the year, the City will remove the driveway crossing and replace it with a standard curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The cost of the replacement will be charged to the property owner.  If this is not paid, it will be charged against the property owner's taxes.
