Mitchell Field

Mitchell Field, located between 19th Avenue NE and Whyte Place, is the picturesque home of the Swift Current 57's Baseball Club.

This facility is the only lighted field in Swift Current. It contains a ticket booth, concession, and wheel chair accessible washrooms. The public address announcer and scorekeeper have a seating box at the top of the bleachers. As well, a substantial number of bleachers are located behind the home plate area for spectators to cheer on the home team! 

The ball diamond has the following approximate dimensions: 

• Home plate to pitcher’s mound: 61 feet 
• Home plate to first base: 91 feet 
• Home plate to centre field fence: 396 feet
• Home plate to the right and left field fences: 322 feet 

Mitchell Field is a great place to play or attend a ball game.
